ATR NDT LLC Terms of Service

Website: http://atrndtllc.com
Provider: ATR NDT LLC, doing business as ATR NDT LLC (“ATR NDT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Effective date: 10/3/2026
Version: v1.0
Contact: support@atrndtllc.com, or P.O. Box 178, Nash, Texas 75569-0178

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms govern your use of ATR NDT’s website, online training platform, course materials, assessments, completion records, and related account and company-administration services (“Services”).

Before creating an account, purchasing or receiving course access, or using protected Services, you must accept these Terms through the acceptance process provided. If you do not agree, do not use those Services.

“You” means the individual accepting these Terms. If you purchase or administer Services for a company, you represent that you have authority to act for that company. The company is responsible for its purchases and authorized administrative actions; each learner remains responsible for their own account and conduct.

The applicable course description, order details, and separately accepted confidentiality, ethics, or examination agreements also govern the Services they address.

Our separate Refund Policy, available at http://atrndtllc.com/refund , forms part of the purchase agreement and controls refund and credit eligibility, requests, processing, and related access consequences. Our separate Privacy Policy, available at http://atrndtllc.com/privacy , explains our information practices. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate privacy consent required by law.

If these Terms conflict with the Refund Policy concerning refunds or credits, the Refund Policy controls. A separate written agreement signed by ATR NDT controls over conflicting provisions for the matters it specifically addresses. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account, billing, company, and learner information and keep it current. Each learner must use their own account. You may not share login credentials, impersonate another person, or allow someone else to complete training or an assessment under your identity.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. ATR NDT may require reasonable identity or authority verification before granting access, changing company permissions, or correcting records.

During the controlled beta, participation is limited to invited and approved U.S. customers and eligible company-assigned learners. An account or invitation does not guarantee purchase eligibility or course access.

3. Courses and the limits of training

ATR NDT provides the training and assessments described in the applicable course listing. Before purchasing, you and, where applicable, your employer must determine whether a course is appropriate for your intended method, level, industry, written practice, and qualification requirements.

An ATR NDT course-completion certificate documents completion of the identified course under its stated requirements. It does not, by itself:

  • Certify you through ASNT or another independent certification body.

  • Constitute employer certification or authorization to perform NDT.

  • Establish required work experience, vision qualification, practical proficiency, or completion of every required examination.

  • Guarantee acceptance by an employer, regulator, customer, or certification organization.

Your employer or other responsible certifying authority must determine whether the training satisfies its applicable requirements. References to standards describe course scope and do not establish accreditation, endorsement, or compliance beyond an express, accurate statement in the course description.

Course materials are educational. You must follow applicable procedures, safety requirements, supervision, and employer authorization when performing inspection work.

4. Orders, payment, and company invoicing

Prices, quantities, currency, included Services, and applicable charges are disclosed before purchase. You authorize the payment submitted through checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third parties subject to their applicable terms.

Preparing a checkout, receiving a payment-pending message, or submitting a purchase request does not itself grant course access. Access depends on confirmed qualifying payment or separately authorized invoice arrangements.

A company’s request for payment terms is non-binding until ATR NDT communicates its decision. Approval of requested terms alone does not activate the company, authorize invoice ordering, or create seats. Those actions require separate approval where applicable.

Authorized invoice orders are governed by their written payment terms. Overdue balances may result in restrictions on further purchasing or other action described in the applicable invoice agreement. ATR NDT will communicate any resulting access restriction.

If you suspect a duplicate charge or incorrect order, contact ATR NDT with the order reference. Do not assume that an uncertain checkout outcome requires a second payment.

5. Access periods and company seats

The applicable offer or enrollment identifies your access period. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • A company seat must first be assigned within twelve calendar months of purchase or approved invoice order.

  • Assignment gives the learner twelve calendar months of course access.

  • Each seat authorizes only one learner at a time.

  • Company assignments require an eligible learner in the purchasing company’s roster.

Expiration ends ordinary course-content access and eligibility to start a new examination. Existing results and completion records remain subject to ATR NDT’s record-access and retention policies; expiration does not itself invalidate a legitimately earned certificate.

An examination genuinely started before enrollment expiration may continue under that attempt’s original deadline. This does not extend course access or permit another attempt after expiration.

Access may also be affected by an authorized transfer, refund hold, suspension, or other action under these Terms.

6. Company administration and transfers

Company administrators must maintain accurate rosters, assign seats only to eligible company members, and use learner information solely for authorized training administration. They may not access another company’s information or use administrative privileges to misrepresent a learner’s achievement.

Purchasing seats does not authorize unrestricted sharing of course materials or accounts.

An ordinary company-seat transfer is permitted only when ATR NDT’s eligibility checks confirm that:

  • Fewer than 30 elapsed days have passed since the current assignment.

  • Course completion is strictly below 20%.

  • The enrollment is active and unexpired.

  • The learner has not completed the course, passed the final examination, or received a certificate.

  • No unfinished examination is associated with that enrollment.

An eligible transfer ends the former learner’s access under that seat and creates access for the approved recipient. Original learning and assignment history is retained. Under the current transfer policy, the recipient receives twelve calendar months from the committed transfer.

Requests outside these conditions require ATR NDT’s manual review and are not guaranteed approval.

7. Learning and examination requirements

You must personally complete the required learning activities and follow the course’s examination instructions.

For enrollments governed by the current learning policy:

  • Required text lessons require your acknowledgment that you have read them.

  • Required videos require at least 90% of distinct video duration recorded as played and reaching the end. Skipping a section does not count as viewing it.

  • Informational quizzes require submission of all questions. Feedback and retries support learning; these quizzes do not have a passing threshold unless expressly disclosed.

  • New final-examination eligibility begins after a waiting period calculated from first authorized course access: one elapsed 24-hour period for each started block of eight required training hours.

For example, an eight-hour course has a 24-hour waiting period; a sixteen-hour course has a 48-hour waiting period. This waiting period is an eligibility rule, not verification that you studied for that duration. Other completion requirements still apply.

Your enrollment’s applicable policy controls. Later course edits do not automatically alter previously recorded enrollment requirements.

Unless an expressly approved exception applies, each enrollment allows three final-examination attempts. Passing score, examination time limit, retry waiting period, and permitted materials are disclosed in the applicable course or examination instructions. You may not start another attempt after passing or after enrollment expiration.

When a timed examination expires, answers successfully saved before the deadline are scored, unanswered questions count as incorrect, and the attempt is consumed. Closing the browser or losing connectivity does not extend the deadline. Contact ATR

NDT promptly about technical problems; additional attempts or extensions require review.

8. Proctoring and examination integrity

Unless a course expressly permits self-proctoring, your proctor must be an adult other than yourself.

You must provide accurate proctor name, email, and title or relationship, and accept the examination declaration presented before starting. Obtain the person’s permission before providing their information. ATR NDT may send the examination agreement or notice to the supplied address as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Entering proctor information or sending a notice does not establish that the proctor independently authenticated, signed, or verified examination conduct.

You may not have another person take an examination for you, use prohibited assistance or materials, distribute examination questions, or manipulate learning, timing, identity, or assessment records. Suspected misconduct may result in a temporary hold and review under Section 12.

9. Completion records and certificates

Certificates are issued only after the applicable completion, and assessment requirements are satisfied.

ATR NDT may correct certificate display details through a recorded correction that preserves the original achievement and relevant history. Requests to change an underlying result or completion date require supporting evidence and separate review.

ATR NDT may revoke a certificate for a documented reason, including substantiated misconduct or erroneous issuance, and may reinstate it when appropriate. ATR NDT will communicate the status and a suitable explanation and provide a way to request review.

You must not present a revoked certificate as currently valid or alter a certificate to misrepresent your achievement. Revocation does not automatically erase learning history, cancel unrelated access, or produce a refund.

10. Refunds and credits

Refund and invoice-credit requests are governed by the separate Refund Policy, available at http://atrndtllc.com/refund . Please review that policy before purchasing or accepting assignment of a company-funded seat.

The Refund Policy explains eligibility, request deadlines, review procedures, any temporary access holds, financial processing, and the effect of an approved refund or credit on course access and company seats.

Submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund or credit. Approval of a request and completion of the financial transaction are separate events. ATR NDT will communicate the decision and, where applicable, confirmation of the financial outcome and resulting access changes.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits refund rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Materials, confidentiality, and acceptable use

ATR NDT and its licensors retain ownership of course materials, videos, questions, website content, software, and branding.

During your authorized access period, ATR NDT grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive license to use course materials for the purchased training. Downloads expressly provided for continued personal reference may be retained for that purpose, subject to applicable confidentiality restrictions.

Without written permission, you may not redistribute, sell, publicly post, or use the materials to deliver another training service. You may not record or distribute protected examination content, bypass access controls, interfere with the Services, or attempt to access another person’s records.

Any separately accepted confidentiality or ethics agreement imposes the obligations stated in that agreement. These Terms do not prevent disclosures protected or required by law.

12. Holds, suspension, and termination

ATR NDT may restrict affected Services when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, account compromise, examination misconduct, unauthorized access, payment disputes, or a material breach of these Terms.

Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue. Where practicable, ATR NDT will give notice, explain the restriction, and provide an opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be necessary to protect accounts, records, or assessment integrity.

A company’s roster or administrative changes may affect a learner’s access to company-funded training. Contact ATR NDT if you believe access was removed incorrectly.

Termination or suspension does not automatically erase historical records or establish refund eligibility. ATR NDT will review the appropriate treatment of paid, unused Services in light of the reason for restriction and applicable law.

13. Privacy and records

Our separate Privacy Policy, available at http://atrndtllc.com/privacy , explains how ATR NDT collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains personal information associated with the Services. It also explains applicable privacy choices and how to submit privacy requests.

Company-funded training may involve sharing learner information with authorized company administrators for training administration, as described in the Privacy Policy. Proctor information and examination notifications are also addressed in that policy.

For questions about personal information or requests to access, correct, or delete it, follow the contact instructions in the Privacy Policy. Requests to correct course results or certificates remain subject to the applicable evidence-review procedures described in

these Terms.

14. Availability and changes

The Services depend on internet access, compatible devices, and third-party hosting and payment systems. Interruptions may occur. ATR NDT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

ATR NDT may update course materials and platform features. Such changes will not silently rewrite earned results or historical acceptance records. ATR NDT will communicate material changes affecting purchased Services and address significant failures to deliver them under the applicable order and Refund Policy.

Beta participation may involve defects or interruptions. Beta status does not waive ATR NDT’s express purchase commitments or your mandatory legal rights.

15. Warranties and liability

Except for express commitments in an applicable course description, order, or separate written agreement, and to the extent permitted by law, ATR NDT does not guarantee a particular employment outcome, certification acceptance, examination result, or fitness of a course for an undisclosed purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses arising from these Services. ATR NDT’s aggregate liability arising from the affected Services is limited to the amount paid for the affected course or order.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer remedies.

16. Electronic acceptance and updates

When you select an acceptance control, you intend to agree electronically to the identified version. ATR NDT may retain the document version and acceptance record.

ATR NDT may publish revised Terms with a new version and effective date. Material revisions will be communicated and presented for renewed acceptance where required. Publishing a revision does not mean you previously accepted it.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove earned results or accrued rights. If you decline a material revision affecting an existing paid enrollment, contact ATR NDT to discuss the applicable access and remedy options.

Where law requires specific consent for electronic delivery of written notices, ATR NDT will obtain that consent separately as required.

17. Disputes and governing law

Contact support@atrndtllc.com with a description of the issue and relevant order or enrollment reference. ATR NDT will review the concern and attempt to resolve it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory protections that apply to you. Unless a separate valid agreement provides otherwise, disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Bowie County, Texas, subject to any venue rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

18. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive later enforcement.

You may not transfer an account or license except through ATR NDT’s authorized company-seat process or written approval.

These Terms and the applicable incorporated agreements constitute the agreement concerning the Services, subject to any controlling signed agreement described in Section 1.
